Gyrokinesis for Actors Workshop!

New Amerikan Theatre is hosting a two-hour workshop led by GYROKINESIS Master Trainer, Mia Munroe. The workshop is specifically geared towards actors, enabling their creative inner life to thrive along with freeing the body to allow for ease and spontaneity.
NAT's Artistic & Managing Director's have been studying GYROKINESIS with Mia for several months as part of their approach to practicing balanced physical/creative/energetic lives. The benefits have been marvelous and have inspired K & T to share the wealth!
